Survivors-like game from the "Cats" series by Half-Cat Team. In this game, you fight hordes of enemies, collect coins and spend them at the pop-up shop. This game features characters from previous games in the series such as Anna from “Crazy Cats vs. Crazy Cyborgs”, Catherine from “Frame Cat” and a new character Liz. Yes, those are named after the three Empresses of the Russian Empire.

Hybrid between survivors-like and tower defense. Visual style is heavily inspired by Overdrive Blaster but with darker tone and atmosphere. Fight demonic goddesses and insectoid abominations in this black-and-white survival against monsters. Soundtrack was written for an unfinished game jam entry way back in 2016, but it was a nice fit so I repurposed it.

A compilation of 5 previously released arcade 8-bit mini-games. This title features the following: • Guest Rush — Clean hotel rooms as fast as possible • Mythos Dash — Slay Minotaurs of the Labyrinth and save the ladies • Cauldron Forager — Collect potion ingredients and fry your enemies • Tube Repairs — Go around and fix pipes before they steam you • Pumpkin Bloodshed — Defeat the army of evil pumpkins and collect candy

Boss rush bullet hell shoot ‘em up with upgrades. You take a role of a dead soul in cyber-afterlife where you fight against the Digital Angel Virus. Released in 2025 for PlayStation and in 2026 for Xbox. If you complete the game without taking any damage, you’ll get a chance to fight secret boss. This game was originally part of Gaminator 28 game-dev compo.

Twin-stick shooter with 16-bit aesthetics. Originally developed back in 2015 for “Break a leg” game-dev jam, it was later re-released in 2024 for PlayStation with widescreen support. The game features faithful FM-synthesis soundtrack which was co-written with M. Harvey Bee. The title of the game is a pseudo-Japanese word derived from “danmaku” (bullet curtain) and “jigoku” (hell) – so the word literally translates to “Bullet Hell”.

Rogue-lite underground adventure with upgrade system. The game was released for PlayStation in 2023 and Xbox in 2024. You take control of a blue roly-poly character on their quest to mine valuable gemstones. Once your power runs out, it’s game over! The game features 3 underground levels with slightly different enemies and surroundings. You can go explosive with a beam or a fireball drill that also serves as a weapon. There’s also fully skeletal animated characters and randomly generated dungeons!

A hybrid between turn-based strategy and shoot ‘em up. Originally developed in 2014 for Gaminator 14 game-dev contest, it was later released in Steam in 2017. In 2023 it got a PlayStation port featuring wide-screen support and controls fully reworked for a gamepad. This game features anthropomorphic characters based on our online game-dev friend circle. Steam Release of the game features French localization with jingle voice-over done by a fan!

Short platformer game with pixel art and 8-bit soundrack. Originally developed back in 2012 for Gaminator 10 game-dev contest as "Forever Alone", it took the honorable second-to-last place thanks to its experimental mouse-based controls. It was re-released for PS4 and PS5 in 2023 with updated graphics, an extra level and controls reworked to play like a regular platformer. This is my first ever game created for a contest and I'm glad I was able to port it to consoles!

A platformer game faithful to Japanese 8-bit titles. Originally developed in 2021 for Gaminator 22 game-dev contest, it was ported to Xbox in 2022 and PlayStation in 2023. This game takes the concept of a classic video game and turns it on its head. Killing is actually bad and collecting money is greedy – you get bad Karma for doing either. If you have bad Karma, you’re stuck in Sansara and unable to progress!

RPG-based game done within a CLI text interface. This game was only released on Steam back in 2019. Praised by some for its highly innovative turn-based gameplay with strategic value, it was probably misunderstood by many due to its cryptic nature. The story of the game features cybernetic creatures fighting against malformed demonic creatures in 9 circles of hell. All told within 80x25 characters window with text and ASCII graphics! This game is fully developed in a Free Pascal IDE/compiler, and it’s one of the few games on Steam written in pure Pascal to feature achievement support.

Boss rush shoot ‘em up with upgrades. Originally a Ludum Dare project developed by TheDreik, it was later upgraded by WolK Xeneder with crisp pixel-art and 8-bit music and published to Steam in 2018.
